Stefano Sica
Trainee Lawyer
Born in Naples in 1999.
He graduated with top marks in Law from “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore”, presenting a thesis on commercial criminal law.
During his studies he carried out an early practice internship in criminal law at a renowned law firm.
He joined the Firm, as a Trainee Lawyer, dealing mainly with:
- Corporate crimes;
- Bankruptcy crimes;
- Crimes against the Public Administration;
- Industrial criminal law;
- Organizational structure about health and safety in the workplace and related liability;
- Liability of corporations according to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
