Born in Treviglio (BG) in 1990.
He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of “Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan, with a thesis on penitentiary law.
He is a member of the Italian Bar and, after collaborating with Studio Lunghini – Sangiorgio since 2015, he joined the current law firm since its creation.
He has always dealt only with criminal law topics, specializing in criminal law of the economy and business, in particular in the following subjects:
- Corporate crimes;
- Market manipulation, insider trading and other offenses provided for in the Consolidate Law on Finance;
- Crimes against the Public Administration;
- Bankruptcy or other violation of the Bankruptcy Law;
- Criminal tax offenses;
- Negligent liability (negligent disasters, medical or professional liability);
- Violation of safe working practices.
