He graduated with honors from the University of Brescia in commercial criminal law.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
He has been partner of the Firm since its creation.
Before becoming partner of the Firm, he worked since 2009 at Studio Legale Lunghini-Sangiorgio, where he gained significant experience in the field of corporate criminal law, both with reference to litigation and consulting.
He is the author of several publications in the field of business criminal law and corporate liability pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
He has always dealt exclusively with criminal law topics, focusing on criminal law of the economy and business, collaborating in trials of primary national importance in relation to the assistance provided to individuals and legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 in the following matters:
- Corporate crimes;
- Market manipulation, insider trading and other offences provided for in the Consolidated Law of Finance (TUF);
- Criminal offences related to Italian TUB (Bank Unified Code) and usury;
- Criminal offences against the Public Administration;
- International Bribery and Frauds;
- Distress, insolvency and bankruptcy Criminal Law;
- Tax Criminal Law;
- Environmental Criminal Law;
- Labour Criminal Law;
- Criminal Law of Intellectual Property;
- Criminal liability for negligence (disasters, shipwrecks, plane crashes, medical and professional fault);
- Accident prevention regulations and health violations;
- Industrial criminal law, criminal infringements of trademarks, patents or copyrights.
